Starting with the ordering process: easy, accurate and it arrived quickly and well packaged.
Product: the best I have seen, and big-box stores cannot touch this quality. The sheer weight, construction, and materials have me realizing that I have wasted years and stupid money after inferior products. This is a lifetime product--it will last a long time, period.
From having a built in sync to disperse heat, to well sealed lens (that is thick) and strong hinge, you will not be disappointed.
Customer service--excellent. I worked with Alex and others to resolve an issue (I created) and they were fantastic.
It is obvious that someone spent a lot of time determining exactly what is wrong with these products, improved them, and added great service. I plan to do the front yard next.
