Bought 5 brass bunker lights to replace a set of cheaper lights purchased at a big box store. These new lights are so much better quality in terms of being sealed, better attachment to the steps, and brightness of the light. These lights cost a bit more than the original set I bought but will last a lot longer and offer a more appealing appearance! Very Happy!

Put in 2 fixtures. These are replacements for the contractor installed light fixtures installed which had failed. The much higher quality of the Volt fixtures was obvious! Everything worked as expected. Very happy.

Mine were installed by a professional mason. No problems like reviewer above because my bricklayer left lens covers off until AFTER the concrete had set. He "trimmed" any rough spots and then attached the lenses. Perfect.

One minor complaint: Condensation forms on interior of lens. I called Volt and was told that this is "normal" and not a rubber gasket issue. It's caused by temp differential between outside air and heat generated by bulb/reflectors within the light. We'll see. Speaking of bulbs ... one was DOA out of the box. During my call to Cust Service, the rep assured me that a replacement would be at my door in three days. Can't beat that!

3 of 5 Very Well Made but realy not for poured concrete . April 26, 2016

we taped set to a riser form (2x8) and poured. pulled the face to finish and stamped the face of the concrete. the tape was removed from the face plate of the fixture and we could not remove the face plate from the concrete. we cut and pried until we chipped up the concrete so bad the customer rejected the whole 11k job. the face plate has a lip all the way around which sets into the concrete. others have it as a true face plate which goes over the box. you dont have to dig it out. caution on placing in concrete. great produce for what it is well built. but...

Very Nice!  Recessed into concrete retaining wall.  Easy to install and clean finish with a great light output.

Would love to see a backer box that could be installed to the form prior to concrete pour.

The lights were purchased to be placed in a garden wall around our yard. They are placed strategicaly in the brickwork; they are absolutely beautiful.  We have received several compliments and we love them. Will certainly recomend them without reservation. The service in placing the order and delivery as promised was excellent.

Added the two lights I bought to existing lights and they went together no problem.  Make the other lights look inferior but they all serve the purpose I intended.  Wish I knew of these quality lights before I started my project.
