5 of 5 Survived the Baton Rouge Floods December 23, 2016

This summer, during the terrible flooding of Baton Rouge, my entire array of All-Star Cast Brass Lights were completely submerged under water for 5 days. When the waters finally receded and things dried out, I simply flipped the switch and all the lights came right back on as bright as the day I installed them!  It was simply incredible that all the lights worked!  Believe me when I say this is a great product and I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

bought these because they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY!  Not much more expensive than similar ones at the box stores that fall apart in a year or two.
AND, they look great!

This light has an excellent, solid feel to it and I especially like the "clip" inside that holds the MR16 in place. However, the sliding "shroud" is an excellent idea, but I've found that no matter how tight you fasten the knob screw, it still will move with little effort. Time will tell how long that screw will hold the shroud in place. Perhaps some "notches" every so many millimeters would help provide a better 'grip' and hold the shroud in place better. All it takes is one bump/nudge from our 'brilliant' landscapers and that shroud will be out of place in no time.

Nice addition to the line-up.   More compact and seemingly even more rugged than the top dog if that is possible.  The swivel connection is beefed up and the bulb housing appears to be a slightly larger diameter.  Need to use an allen wrench to adjust swivel as opposed to thumb screw on the top dawg.  I think this is worth the very minor inconvenience of using the wrench for the beefier connection.  I have been purchasing VOLT products for a number of years.  The products consistently out shine products from the big box retailers.  I have seen a continual improvement in even existing product lines, demonstrating  VOLTS commitment to provide the highest quality possible at a great value.   I have been impressed by the level of dedication they have shown by making small changes (changes to locking features such as adding a lock nut for example) to existing products.  VOLT is obviously paying attention to customer feedback and the real world applications of their products

I have been installing low voltage lighting for many years and have used various manufacturers fixtures to much disappointments. I live in south Florida and our weather here just destroys fixtures within a year. Volt fixtures are the best on the market as far as I'm concerned, they are made of aluminum or solid brass and this company stands behind their product. Product is of excellent quality and the price just can't be beat by competitors. Shipping and turn around time is also lighting fast! My customers are very pleased with the final results and for our company that's the bottom line.

From the moment you pick up this cast brass masterpiece it is obvious this is a 5-star product. After installing this crown jewel you know you made the right choice....we love all the VOLT products we have used to create a lighting masterpiece in our newly built landscape project.

Nice Fixture. I used 49 All- Star fixtures and a variety of other fixtures to light my property. Well built fixture that offers a variety of bulb choices.

My yard contains 50+ spotlights to ‘up-light’ trees and evergreens.  These spotlights are no longer made, so in searching for a replacement, I came across these VOLT lights.  I, as well as my electrician installer, was very impressed with the quality of these lights, the MR-16 bulb-holding ability, their waterproofing features, and their ease of installation and adjustment.  An excellent product—I will buy more!

As a Landscape Architect I am always looking for quality, longevity and cost effectiveness for my clients.  I have ordered (on behalf of my Client) four different lights from Volt to date.  The quality is outstanding.  The installation is effortless.  The bulb selection is very good (well, excellent). The delivery is very rapid.  The only tool that is missing is a photo-metrics chart for the various bulbs in their respective fixtures.  I have access to wholesale pricing at the various irrigation supply houses in my area.  You simply can not beat Volt's pricing at equivalent fixtures.  I rarely write reviews such as this.  I do this without any reservations.
