Wow what a surprise, these are indeed the best lights I have used. Great quality and they are extremely bright for just a short strip. I do recommend you up-grade to the one-touch off-on option, you won,t regret spending the couple of x-tra dollars. I have two sections coupled together, as they are wired in series you need to turn each off separately, a good idea for the touch option.

I have both the touch on and constant on lights.  I had the touch on first for my kitchen and couldn't be happier. I bought the constant on for my office. I have them connected to a switch and each time I  turn them on there is a about a 3 second delay before they turn on which I find annoying. The lights work great and installation is a breeze.  Customer service is wonderful.

I purchased this and the 20 inch under cabinet light.  Easy installation. Used the 30 degree mounting bracket which reduces counter top glare. Since I have no windows in kitchen, these lights stay on all day. No dark areas and greatly improves work space.

These lights are perfect.  Got the touch on since our outlets are not switched.  They provide the right light and the brackets that send the light to to the backsplash are perfect.  Ordering more of these for another home.

I remodeled my kitchen in 2009, prior to LED lighting.  So halogen puck lights were the best option at the time.  They provided decent light, but were very hot and put out a lot of heat.  In fact, one of the bulbs melted the top of the coffee maker when it was placed under it.
Installing the LED lights were much simpler than the puck lights since they are low-voltage and routing the wiring is easier.  The kit comes with everything needed, so it was about an hour job to install five LEDs and route the wiring.
And the LED lights provide much better illumination since the light is spread out rather than just a spot light, like a puck light provides.
